If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have  working days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are happy to accept exchanges service to all customers as long as the item purchased is not worn, not washed or damaged in any way. Exchanges must be done within a 14 working days from the date you receive your order to send it back to us.
The customer is responsible for the delivery cost of returning the product while re-ship exchanges back to you is to be borne by Adore More.
No refund is allowed EXCEPT the shoe has defect exists.
