PRODUCT CARE

• Protect from direct light, heat and rain. Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft dry cloth.
• For stain removal, use commercially available liquids to remove tough stains .
• Fill the bag with tissue paper or small pillow to help maintain its shape and absorb humidity, and store in the provided flannel bag.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We ship via DHL priority. Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout. 

2 to 5 working days to Peninsular Malaysia. 

5 to 7 working days to East Malaysia & Singapore. 

Normally, we will take 2 to 3 working days to process the order and dispatch it to you right after. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided.

SHIPPING COST

Malaysia

RM 9 per bag and FREE for orders of above RM 200. 

Singapore

RM 36 per bag and RM 12 for the 2nd items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept exchanges service to all customers as long as the item purchased is not worn, not washed or damaged in any way. Exchanges must be done within a 14 working days from the date you receive your order to send it back to us. 

The customer is responsible for the delivery cost of returning the product while re-ship exchanges back to you is to be borne by Adore More.
