Adore More shoes are locally hand made in Malaysia . The size of our shoes may vary because they are made using the traditional techniques in different factories. They also may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer due to methods of production, stitching and age of machinery. Our size guide aims to assist you in your purchase and get you the right size. In each product description, we’ll specify whether the shoe runs small or large for your further reference.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We ship via City-Link Express priority. Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout. 

2 to 5 working days to Peninsular Malaysia. 

5 to 7 working days to East Malaysia & Singapore. 

SHIPPING COST

Malaysia

RM 9 per pair and FREE for orders of above RM 200. 

Singapore

RM 36 per pair and RM 12 for the 2nd pairs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept exchanges service to all customers as long as the item purchased is not worn, not washed or damaged in any way. Exchanges must be done within a 14 working days from the date you receive your order to send it back to us. 

Postage in the event of a exchanges is to be borne by the you while re-ship exchanges back to you is to be borne by Adore More.

No refund is allowed EXCEPT the shoe has defect exists.
